Select a Workshop.

Using our intuitive workshop selection "wheel", choose from over 40 workshops to find the one that addresses the most pressing needs of your team.

Prepare Thyself.

Each workshop contains a 7 minute training video for you to watch, giving you hands on direction on how to run the session. Print off your leader notes, and you're ready to go.

Invite the Troops.

Using our custom scheduling software, you can invite your entire team, or limit it to your top performers. Each invitee will receive a calendar invite, as well as a pre-read article and some "primer questions", getting them in the right head space.

Be the Leader.

At the scheduled time, lead your team through an engaging, impactful workshop that directly addresses their current needs.

Workshop Components

Through four years of research and case studies, we have determined that there are five core development areas essential to employee and team success in the 21st century. Self Management is the base skill set; an essential development block required before a team will be ready to tackle some of the “sexier” skill sets like innovation, collaboration or inspiring communication. Actionable Workshops™ are designed to quickly and effectively develop the crucial skills at this level.

Each workshop runs roughly an hour, and includes a combination of:

Conversation around real world challenges, using the workshop as a framework.

Active problem solving sessions that you lead.
