It is the purpose of this Actionable Workshop is to help you identify the specific opportunities and advantages of working as a team within your own group, and to provide a starting point from which to create an environment of generosity,  vulnerability, candor and accountability.

Exercise Overview

1 Lecture (5 minutes)   |   “Teams Win.”

A recap of the article and brief discussion on the power of four core elements that allow for a strong collaborative work environment.

2 Team Discussion (25 minutes)  |   “The Four Georges”

This exercise is about identifying the unique selling strengths of your individual team members. The goal of this exercise is to help your team identify which selling style they most personify and then share that insight with the group.

3 Solo Activity (10 minutes)  |   ”Learning vs Performance Goals”

In this exercise we explore the importance of balancing accomplish based goals with the learning required to realize them.  We also put a plan in place to create, measure and reward the learning goals that directly impact your teams performance goals.

4 Final Thoughts (5 minutes)  |  “Partner Up”

A quick exercise to encourage and develop accountability in the team.

 

Key Deliverables

Through completing this workshop, your team members will develop not only their unique persuasion skills but also a stronger appreciation of their fellow teammates’ unique strengths as well.  This, in turn creates a more supportive and honest work environment.

This workshop requires that you bring the standard Pen and Paper.  This is a standalone workshop, and no additional follow up work is required.
