Rhancha started her Vector career in 1990 in the York Region office as a Receptionist. The office did $860,000 in only 8 months! In Dec 1991, she was offered the position of Sales Promotion Coordinator for Vector Canada. Shortly thereafter she was promoted to Sales Promotion Manager. In Sept. 2002, she was promoted to National Service Manager for Vector Canada. On Oct. 1st, 2007 she was promoted to National Sales Promotion Manager as well as overseeing the Field Service Department in Oakville. She is a graduate of York University with an Honours BA in Political Science and a Minor in Law. She is also a board member of the Direct Selling Education Foundation. She recently became certified to be a LIF-Orientations coach. She is a volunteer for Junior Achievement of Ontario as well. She is married to her husband Ryan of over 16 years and has 2 children, Evan, 14, and Julia, 11. She resides in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
